**Cpl UK - Healthcare** is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care team in the beautiful town of Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

We are looking for a candidate who can help us grow and expand our services, ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Level 5 qualification in care management or equivalent
  • Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar role
  • Proficiency in CQC regulations and guidelines

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care service
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations
  • Managing and supporting a team of care professionals
  • Liaising with clients, families, and other stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a bonus scheme based on achieved objectives.
