Deputy Care Home Manager Position

About the Role
As a Deputy Care Home Manager at Hallmark Care Homes, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents. You will work closely with the Care Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the home, including clinical governance and compliance.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and inspirational leader who has the ability to motivate and engage the care team. You will have a strong clinical background and experience of leading a team. You will also have excellent communication and IT skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care and support to residents
- Work closely with the Care Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the home
- Lead the care team to deliver high-quality care
- Communicate effectively with CQC, Social Services and the Safeguarding teams
