Registered Care Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our growing domiciliary care company based near Tunbridge Wells. We are offering:
- A competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
- A bonus scheme based on performance
The Role: As a Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the delivery of care services to ensure the highest standards are met
- Ensuring strict compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and guidelines
- Managing staff and resources effectively, including the recruitment of the care team
- Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans that meet the needs of our clients
- Liaising with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Growing the business while maintaining our commitment to putting care first
The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position should have:
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare management, preferably at level 5 or higher
- Experience in a leadership role, either as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager seeking their next challenge
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and guidelines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire the care team
- The ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve care services
