About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes. As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents.

As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, including the management of staff, residents, and resources. You will work closely with the Care Home Manager to develop and implement care plans, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional care and services, and have a commitment to promoting the well-being and dignity of our residents.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. A registered nursing qualification (RGN or RMN) and active NMC PIN
  2. Proven experience of post-qualification practice in a health and social care setting, with a focus on older people
  3. Previous experience of leading a team and managing staff
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Good IT skills and confidence in computer-based work
