Deputy Care Home Manager Role

At Hallmark Care Homes, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained across our homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Steer clinical governance and compliance, ensuring the health and safety of all residents
  • Lead and motivate the care team to deliver top-class care
  • Communicate effectively with CQC, Social Services, and Safeguarding teams
  • Implement action plans for improvement and build a reputation for high-quality care delivery
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse or RMN with active NMC PIN
  • Proven experience in a health and social care setting with older people
  • Good IT skills and confidence in computer-based work
