About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at Chamberlain Court, a multi-award-winning care home in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent. As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong clinical background, with experience of leading a team and a proven track record of delivering excellent care. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Steer the clinical governance and compliance of the care home, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and services.
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver excellent care and services, with a focus on resident-centered care.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve the quality of care and services, with a focus on resident outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with CQC, Social Services, and Safeguarding teams, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
