The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and wellbeing for our residents.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion in care delivery
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the needs of residents are met
  • Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality care, promoting independence and dignity
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of our care home, identifying areas for improvement and implementing change

About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
