About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth running of our care home. You will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents by managing a team responsible for catering, maintenance, transport, domestic services, and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of skilled professionals to deliver high-quality services across all areas of the care home.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for residents and staff.
  • Oversee catering operations, ensuring that meals are nutritious, delicious, and meet dietary requirements.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements to facilitate residents' participation in activities and appointments.
  • Manage domestic services, including cleaning and laundry, to maintain a hygienic and comfortable living environment.
  • Plan and implement engaging social and recreational activities to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures related to health and safety, food hygiene, and care standards.
