Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team. As a Care Professional, you will provide personalized support to our clients, helping them with daily tasks, companionship, and social activities.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Providing personal care and medication reminders
  • Accompanying clients on outings and activities
  • Supporting clients with shopping and errands
