Job Title: Care CompanionWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Companion to join our team. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support, companionship, and practical assistance to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote their mental and emotional well-being.
- Assist clients with daily tasks, such as medication administration, meal preparation, and household chores, as needed.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Use our proprietary care management system to maintain accurate records of client care and preferences.
- Kind, empathetic, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential.
- U.K. driving license.
- Competitive pay rates up to £13.10 to £17 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
