As a Senior Partnerships Manager—EMEA, you will join our Commercial team as a core member. You will be responsible for building and expanding our partner programme, which encompasses professional service firms, outsourced CFOs, tech platforms, investors, and networks.

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly driven Senior Partnerships Manager with 6+ years of experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.

We operate in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 3 days a week working in our office in Holborn, London.

  • You will lead, own, and develop a partnership strategy that aligns with our overall EMEA business vision.
  • You will be accountable for managing an existing portfolio of partners, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, and up-selling to existing partner accounts.
  • You will design a scalable programme to deliver growth in the partnership channel consistently.
  • You will work closely with the EMEA Marketing and Sales team to position Airwallex's value proposition to partners and their clients.
  • You will represent Airwallex at industry events and conferences, as well as speak on relevant panels and webinars.


What You Bring...

  • Demonstrable interest in fintech, SaaS, and/or payments.
  • Strong commercial instincts and a history of meeting or exceeding OKRs/KPIs consistently.
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (G-Suite, Looker) and building and delivering presentations for partners and clients.
  • 6+ years of work experience in partnerships, strategy, business development, or a similar role in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Note that experience in partnerships or fintech is not a prerequisite for this role.
