Nuix Corporate Counsel, EMEA

We are seeking a dynamic German-speaking corporate lawyer to join our team in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating technology transactions, providing advice on corporate/commercial, employment, and regulatory matters, and taking ownership of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a point of contact for specific requests in EMEA for technology (Software and SaaS) agreements, partner agreements, and services agreements.
  • Support attorneys and business partners in contract drafting and execution.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Nuix products, contracts, standard terms, and business objectives.
  • Support contract management system and related business processes.
  • Support public tender and other legal project management.
  • Maintain a strong working connection with business partner organizations.
  • Support the Deputy General Counsel with global employment matters.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 3-5 years of PQE gained in a law firm or global software company with commercial/corporate experience.
  • Ability to identify risk and provide legal advice on a wide range of matters.
  • Proven contract negotiation, legal research, and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience with cross-border and multi-jurisdictional contracts a plus.
