Highway Project Coordinator

Fawkes & Reece (North) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing tasks, ensuring Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards, and managing sub-contractors and site visitors.
As a Site Supervisor, you will be the main contact point for the client and the Operations Team. You will need to plan, coordinate, and oversee tasks while working away from home when required, undertaking duties at night and on weekends as necessary.
The role involves delivering the work programme to the client on time, cost, and quality. You will carry out weekly site inspections and submit associated paperwork, ensuring all work is completed in line with CDM 2015.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of the work programme to the client
- Weekly site inspections and submission of associated paperwork
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with CDM 2015
- Managing sub-contractors and site visitors
Requirements:
- CSCS Supervisor Card
- SSSTS/SMSTS
- NRSWA Accreditation
- CPCS training in Excavators/Dupers/Rollers and or/HIAB
- Experience in Drainage / Earthworks / Road Construction
- Conversant with CDM / Principal Contractor duties
- ITP Quality Checks
- CAT & Genny
- First Aid Certification
- Good IT skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
