Job Title: Service Contract Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Service Contract Coordinator to ensure the timely renewal of service contracts. This role is essential in delivering outstanding service and support to our clients, thereby maintaining the precision and reliability of their laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Renewals: Timely renewal of service contracts to ensure seamless continuity of service.
  • Quotation Management: Generate and send quotations to customers within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Lead Management: Manage leads to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Escalation Management: Escalate issues to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Contract Amendments: Manage contract amendments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers to address concerns and provide updates.
  • Sales Support: Provide support to the field sales team as necessary, assisting with their workload and contributing to overall team success.
