About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Catering Administrator/Assistant to join our team at Dine Contract Catering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a polite and professional manner
- Attend meetings and take accurate notes
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Order stationery and supplies as needed
- Support staff with ad-hoc projects and tasks
- Produce reports and presentations
- Manage email inquiries and respond in a timely manner
- Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Count cash sales and perform general financial duties
- Conduct stock takes and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
