About the Opportunity
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager/Account Manager in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Lead/Enquiry Processing: Manage and process sales leads and customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Commercial Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present commercial proposals to customers, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
- Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, including sales order entry, certificate generation, and sales acknowledgement.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, update sales databases, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles and practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
