**Job Summary**

As a Spare Parts Sales Coordinator at NOV Inc, you will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Spare Parts Manager, you will be responsible for quoting and selling spare parts to customers, utilizing your collaboration skills to solve problems and improve performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maximize sales revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with customers.
  • Utilize data analysis and reporting skills to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and delivery.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the spares sales process and drive business results.
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.

**Requirements**

  • High School level education
  • Degree qualification (preferable but not essential)
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP/Oracle etc.,)
  • Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Data Analysis, Data reporting
  • Previous experience of working with a Parts Numbering system would be an advantage
