Spare Parts Coordinator

As a key member of our team at NOV Inc, you will play a vital role in driving the sales of spare parts to our customers. Reporting to the Spare Parts Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of spare parts, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotations for spare parts, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.
  • Work closely with the Spare Parts Manager to ensure that inventory levels are optimized and that spare parts are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High School level education
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP/Oracle etc.,)
  • Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Data Analysis, Data reporting
  • Previous experience of working with a Parts Numbering system would be an advantage
