About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to support our business development and sales teams at Eden Scott. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the submission of ITTs, RFQs, and related documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage proposals from initiation to completion
  • Assist with bid preparation, including researching and gathering information
  • Maintain accurate sales records and databases
  • Support marketing activities and contribute to the development of sales strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and database management (e.g., InspHire)
