Medical Centre Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Practice Manager to lead our medical centre. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and services.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of staff. They will also have experience in managing a GP practice and be able to work effectively within a team environment.
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum based on the location and job requirements.
Job Summary:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Practice
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care and services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve Practice goals
