IFAPipeline Manager

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and organized IFA Administrator to join our team in Chorley. As an IFAPipeline Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the pipeline of cases from inception to completion, ensuring timely completion and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Pipeline management: Managing cases from inception to completion, liaising with Advisers, providers, GPs, and Medical companies
• Maintaining accurate records and updating client files according to company guidelines
• Preparing cases for Paraplanning, ensuring all necessary information is on file
• Providing administrative support, including meeting clients, handling inquiries, and data entry
