We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities, enduring mental health issues, autism, and other complex needs.

About the Role
This position involves supporting service users to stay safe, maintain their independence, and participate in social activities within their community. You will be an informal point of contact for those in the service user's circle of support, such as family members and social workers. Your role will also involve accurately reporting and recording any issues related to the care and support of our service users.

Responsibilities
- Support service users to lead a full and active life, considering their assessed needs and individual support plans
- Provide emotional support when needed, maintaining a person-centred approach
- Assist with practical tasks, personal care, and medication management
- Be an informal point of contact for those in the service user's circle of support
- Accurately report and record any issues related to the care and support of our service users

Requirements
- Caring and compassionate individual with a genuine passion for helping others
- Ability to remain positive in challenging situations and provide emotional support when needed
- Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances
