Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately £12-£12.50 per hour, plus 25p mileage, making it a competitive offer. Additionally, you will be entitled to enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for Blue Light Card.

Job Description

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting clients in their own homes, assisting with personal care, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and administering medication. You will also help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework. No prior experience is necessary, as we are more interested in your compassion and ability to care.
