Sales and Operations Executive Opportunity

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling booking and operation inquiries from direct clients and travel agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage B2C sales, handling reservations and bookings from direct clients and travel agents
  • Prepare and calculate packages, tailormade itineraries, and ad-hoc products
  • Email offers to clients and provide suggestions for their bookings
  • Issue rail tickets and travel documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the head of department
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the travel industry, ideally in a similar role
  • Strong IT and MS Office skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent English language skills
What We Offer:
  • Salary up to £28,500 plus annual bonus/commission
  • Hybrid working arrangement, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home, following probation
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
  • 25 days holiday + birthdays off
