Employment Law Documentation Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Documentation Advisor to join our team. As an Employment Law Documentation Advisor, you will be responsible for creating, updating, maintaining and reviewing employment documentation for our clients. You will work within a busy, fast-paced position within Employment Consultancy Services and have a good understanding of Employment Legislation.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create high-quality employment documentation for clients, based on their needs and the suitability of relevant policies and procedures.
- Review existing documentation to identify terms that breach Employment Law and typographical/grammatical errors, correcting these as necessary.
- Liaise with clients over the phone, drafting new documents and dealing with queries as appropriate.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and enhancing their experience at all times.
- Focus on continuous engagement of clients with the documentation provided, ensuring it has been accepted and issued to staff and the client understands its importance in managing employee relations.
- Guide clients through their online client portal.
- Liaise with Digital Field Consultants and deal with queries as necessary.
- Manage your workload effectively, working from task lists and ensuring deadlines and KPIs/SLAs/targets are met.
- Ensure your work is of the highest quality, in line with quality criteria/instructions in place.
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
Requirements:
- Proven knowledge of employment law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong word processing and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
