Policy and Procedure Coordinator

Multi-national HR & Employment Law services client requires an experienced Policy and Procedure Coordinator to create, update, maintain and review employment documentation. The successful candidate will work within a busy, fast-paced position within Employment Consultancy Services and have a good understanding of Employment Legislation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and manage employment documentation for clients, including policies and procedures.
- Review existing documentation for terms that breach Employment Law and typographical/grammatical errors, correcting these as necessary.
- Liaise with clients over the phone, drafting new documents and dealing with queries as appropriate.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and enhancing their experience at all times.
- Focus on continuous engagement of clients with the documentation provided, ensuring it has been accepted and issued to staff and the client understands its importance in managing employee relations.
- Guide clients through their online client portal.
- Liaise with Digital Field Consultants and deal with queries as necessary.
- Manage your workload effectively, working from task lists and ensuring deadlines and KPIs/SLAs/targets are met.
- Ensure your work is of the highest quality, in line with quality criteria/instructions in place.
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.

- Strong word processing and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
