Account Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Development Executive to join our team in Portsmouth.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow our e-cigarette business with independent retailers and develop your career in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
About the Role:
- As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for working in the field on a daily basis, promoting and distributing SIM cards and e-cigarette products.
- You will need to visit existing customers and cold-call to gain new business.
- Additionally, you will be expected to maintain good business relationships with new and existing customers.
- We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- A competitive spirit and a passion for selling.
- Initiative, enthusiasm and self-motivation.
- Solid experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work under pressure during visits to retailers.
- A full driving licence (we will provide you with a small company van).
What We Offer:
In return, we offer a basic salary plus uncapped commission, with estimated OTE earnings of up to £30,000 per annum. Other benefits include a company van, iPad, pension, cost price handsets, accessories and SIMs, time off over Christmas, additional annual leave after 2 years service, training days and an annual party.
