We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our team as a Shift Leader. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

About the Job

The Shift Leader will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage inventory levels, and maintain high standards of customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of colleagues to achieve high standards of customer service and sales performance.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, stockroom organization, and product replenishment to minimize waste and optimize stock availability.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
