Community Liaison Coordinator

Become a key member of the Church of England team as a Communities Associate, responsible for supporting parishes in their local communities. This role involves managing recruitment processes and providing administrative assistance to the Archdeaconry office.
About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives while working with a diverse range of staff and parishes. You do not need to be a practising Christian or have a faith to work with us – around 50% of staff are not practising Christians but are comfortable with the Christian ethos. As a Communities Associate, you will assist with the work of the Archdeaconry, playing a vital role in managing day-to-day tasks and supporting parishes as they work within their local communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes and support parishes in their community development projects
- Provide administrative assistance to the Archdeaconry office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Work closely with staff and parishes to understand their needs and provide tailored support
