We are delighted to be working with a local school who are looking for a part-time Administrator/Cover Officer to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. The hours of work will be 7am-12pm, Monday-Friday, term time only.

As the Cover Officer, your main duties will be:

  • To arrange cover for absent staff
  • Recording cover arrangements on the system
  • The first point of contact for staff absences and recording staff absences
  • To arrange any room changes occurring from staff cover arrangements or student temporary incapacity

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Organised and professional qualities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A can-do attitude
