The Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford is a global school committed to improving the quality of government and public policymaking worldwide.

We are currently seeking an organised and conscientious Programme Administrator to support the delivery of our graduate degree programmes. You will be a member of the Programmes team, working closely with key Faculty members and other staff to ensure the success of our degrees.

Your primary responsibility will be to organise digital learning platforms and teaching resources for our programmes. You will also provide administrative support to teaching faculty and guest lecturers, ensuring that all materials are accurate and timely.

This is a pivotal role within the School, requiring attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. If you are a self-motivated individual with strong organisational skills and a flexible approach to work, we would love to hear from you.
