Service Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Service Manager to lead our Residential Respite Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs. Located in Gwynedd, our service supports adults aged 18-65, providing a caring and supportive environment.

As a Service Manager, you will work closely with the Area Manager and Senior Leadership team to enable the Support teams to deliver high-quality service to the people we support in their homes and the community. You will be responsible for building positive relationships with stakeholders and implementing our vision and values to deliver exceptional service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Support teams to deliver quality service
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Implement our vision and values to deliver exceptional service

Requirements:

  • QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience as a deputy or service manager
  • Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Essential driver due to the nature of the role
