Account Relationship Specialist

We are looking for a talented Account Relationship Specialist to join our Corporate/Key Accounts team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile key commercial property clients, developing strong relationships with our key clients, and providing regular updates on their property portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an account management role communicating in a B2B environment or working in a customer-facing role within the key/corporate client base. This role involves actively seeking opportunities for growth through additional sites, securing long term relationships through renewals, and identifying opportunities to Cross Sell other Altus services that meet the clients' requirements.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, providing regular updates on their property portfolio.
- Pro-actively manage relationships of corporate commercial clients who have high worth property portfolios, delivering an outstanding service and building strong relationships.
- Ensure that Altus Group has collected all of the required documentation about clients to successfully deliver a full service and maintain accurate records.
- Actively seek opportunities for growth through additional sites.
- Secure long term relationships through renewals.
- Identify opportunities to Cross Sell other Altus services that meet the clients' requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience working in an account management role communicating in a B2B environment or working in a customer-facing role within the key/corporate client base. You should also have a passion for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, as well as an understanding of the Business Rates Industry (although full training will be provided).
