About Home Instead

We are a leading provider of home care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-focused care to individuals in their own homes.

We believe that everyone deserves to live safely and independently in their own home, and our Care Professionals play a vital role in making this possible.

The role offers a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour (Monday-Friday) and £13.00 per hour (weekends), with mileage paid at 45p per mile.

Care Assistant Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, and support with everyday tasks to our clients in their own homes.

This includes supporting with activities such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming, as well as helping with meal preparation and light housework.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be a driver with access to a vehicle insured in your name with Class A Business Insurance.

A GCSE level in English or equivalent is also required, as well as residency within Salford.
