As a Junior HRBP, you'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting a dedicated region in a full generalist role in addition to leading on value-adding projects. You'll collaborate with a passionate HR team and contribute to their ongoing growth and success.
This role offers the perfect blend of stability and excitement, with no travel required. You'll have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from employee relations to talent development, and make a real difference to our business.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with Managers and Employees: Provide expert HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Implement HR Policies: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards while assisting in the rollout of HR policies and procedures.
- Drive HR Initiatives: Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
- Analyse HR Metrics: Use data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Promote a Positive Culture: Foster a work environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional development.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a generalist HR role within a fast-paced retail or logistics environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in supporting with projects such as talent succession/planning and organisational change
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge and experience in employee relations at all levels and complexities
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels especially with senior stakeholders.
- Mindset: Proactive and solutions-oriented, ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.
