As a key member of our team, you will provide advice, guidance, and coaching to line managers through partnering with senior leaders and delivering on the group P&C Global strategy to increase employee engagement.
Key responsibilities include consulting with our business leaders and management teams to foster and promote the engagement of our core values at all levels, managing the functional delivery of all generalist people & culture activities, and acting as a point of contact for people & culture matters in the UK.
You will also be responsible for implementing, managing, and monitoring People & Culture policies, assisting management and leadership to resolve employee relation issues, and delivering People & Culture project outcomes where required.
In addition, you will provide continuous improvement in line with HR best practice for all aspects of P&C delivery, policy, and process.
With a strong understanding of the theory and implementation of People & Culture as an enabling business function, you will be able to treat our employees as adults with a policy light approach.
