Junior HR Business Partner Opportunity

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading retail business to recruit a Junior HR Business Partner on a fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor looking to take the next step in their HR career. As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will support managers and employees within the retail industry, reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations cases, ensuring a fair and consistent approach
  • Support with new store openings and store closures, including HR-related tasks
  • Identify strategies to enhance employee engagement and motivation
  • Develop succession plans and upskill management teams to drive business growth
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, reviewing and developing company processes
  • Contribute to the wider HR team, including recruitment and Learning & Development initiatives

This role would suit a junior candidate looking to elevate their career and focus on the strategic side of HR. The ideal candidate will be a strong and confident HR professional, comfortable advising on employment law and processes.
