Salary: £35,000-£38,000

Location: Nottinghamshire

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior HR Business Partner to join our team at Macmillan Davies. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dedicated region in a fast-paced environment of elevation and growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering people plans, providing comprehensive HR support, and driving HR initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with managers and employees to provide HR guidance and support on various issues.
  • Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Contributing to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
  • Analysing HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role, gained from within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
