About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Communications Specialist to join our team in Impellam UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training and communications workstreams on all new projects and expansion efforts for the UK and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing effective change management communications and plans for implementation with a large proportion of tasks focused on delivering FieldGlass training (SAP Product) to multiple users of the technology.
  • Conducting training for new and existing clients and team members, including writing and editing communications for suppliers and clients as per agreed communications plan.
  • Creating and maintaining training materials, including presentations, training videos, and reference guides, as well as assessing current training and recommending revisions in scope, format, and content.
  • Collating and analyzing feedback to improve communication and training activities, ensuring excellent communication skills and ability to speak in public to large groups as well as small groups.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with FieldGlass Training and full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other software programs such as Turtle, MS Project, WebEx, and Visio.
  • Experience in a training role or having delivered training to internal or external clients, with the ability to prioritize workloads and react according to priority.
