We are seeking an Account Management Executive to join our team at Axis Communications. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our distributors, developing annual business plans, and tracking progress against agreed-upon targets.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our global partners and local management teams to review, revise, and expand our distribution strategy on an annual basis. Your responsibilities will include setting up and implementing ongoing training curricula for all levels within distribution, working with cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategic alignment and growth plans, and providing account management for our distributors as their central contact daily.
To succeed in this role, you must have 2+ years of experience working within a distribution landscape, with a strong background in stakeholder management. You should be able to leverage excellent communication and presentation skills to build and maintain strong client relationships. Additionally, you should be driven, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to work and collaborate in a multicultural and cross-functional organization.
