Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the software industry.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in software, preferably from an account management or consulting role, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our subject matter experts to supply specialist consultancy when required and develop a good general understanding of all areas of our software.
The Account Growth Specialist role involves monitoring activities undertaken by the customer and internally throughout large projects, managing smaller projects directly, and ensuring that services are organised and delivered on time. You will also need to have excellent Time Management skills, Team working and People skills.
Responsibilities- Develop relationships with customers from system user through to director level.
- Maintain and update customer information held within the CRM system.
- Deliver presentations and interact with customers at Company conferences and seminars.
- Provide aid with sales proposals, tender responses, demonstrations of our software.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000, plus benefits including an excellent pension scheme and share option scheme. You will also receive a company car as part of the package and have opportunities for career progression within the department.
