Account Growth Specialist

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Customer Account Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships from system user through to director level, undertaking contract negotiations when needed, and facilitating/delivering account meetings with formal agendas, minutes, and action plans.
This role offers a dynamic working environment, with a mix of being in the office, homeworking, and client engagement. Occasional travel may be required, which will sometimes include an overnight stay and/or travel, but this is not regular and will be managed by you to ensure you are capable of delivering customer requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term relationships with customers, identifying and meeting their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, using our CRM system to track interactions and progress.
- Provide expert guidance on our software and services, helping customers to get the most out of their investments.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality projects and services, exceeding customer expectations.
