Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth in these key markets. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and developing strategies to increase sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with the sales support team to maximize service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A proven track record of business development and sales growth in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer: In return for your expertise and hard work, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
  • £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary (dependent on experience).
  • Commission/bonus structure (OTE £50,000-£65,000 per annum).

Location: This role is based in Luton, with some office work and travel required due to the nature of the job.
