Job Description

We are seeking an Outbound Sales Professional to join our team at memoryBlue, a leading Sales Development company in the B2B tech industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts via outbound sales activities. This includes identifying potential clients and initiating contact via various channels, including phone calls, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Placing between 50-70 outbound calls to set appointments and initiate the sales process on behalf of our clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals through the execution of lead generation activities.
  • Continuous prospecting through LinkedIn, Discover.org, and other data sources.
  • Utilising email and social media platforms to book meetings with qualified prospects.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and previous sales experience.
  • Strong written, verbal, and phone skills.
  • IT proficient and metrics-driven.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.
