International Sales Professional
Job Description:As a key member of our team, you will be contacting patients in Germany to promote our services and convert them into appointments or sales.
We are looking for results-driven individuals with excellent communication skills, fluent German, and experience in outbound sales.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to exceed targets, manage the patient pipeline, and provide exceptional after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities:- Contacting patients who have recently attended an initial consultation
- Promoting the lifestyle and clinical benefits of our treatments
- Managing the patient pipeline
- Providing an exceptional after-sales service
- Fluent German language skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Achievement within outbound sales
- Proven track record in overachieving KPIs
- Ability to converse and relate to a wide range of people
- Excellent communication skills with empathy and understanding
- Ability to deliver first-class customer service
- Strong IT skills – database, word/excel, and email
- Teamwork, with the skills to add value to the existing setup
- $30,000 - $50,000 per annum salary, uncapped bonus potential
