About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales and Tendering Engineer to drive business growth and expansion in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize market potential.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and tendering plans to achieve business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems, safety procedures, and accountancy policies.

About You:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in sales and/or tendering.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Experience in a Power Engineering industry, with a focus on service and after-sales.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
