Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with individuals who require enhanced support to live fulfilling lives. This will involve delivering high-quality care through a flexible and person-centered approach, providing guidance and encouragement to service users, and assessing and responding to individual needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing physical and emotional support to service users, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life
- Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and support
- Developing and implementing person-centered care plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on service user progress

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £29,000 per annum, based on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have opportunities for career advancement and professional development within our organization.
