The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care and support to one of our clients with high levels of need, promoting independence, ensuring property safety, and maintaining accurate records. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable individuals.
Job Summary:
- Provide care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
- Develop and implement individualised support plans to promote independence and community engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance and quality of care.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months UK experience as a support worker, preferably supporting individuals with Autism, anxiety, or schizoaffective disorder.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
