SEN Support Worker with a Difference

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic SEN support worker to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a specialist tutor, you will work closely with our experienced staff to provide one-to-one support to young people with SEMH difficulties.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored learning plans for young people with SEMH difficulties
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of tuition packages
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in teaching, psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with young people with SEMH difficulties
- Strong organizational and time management skills
