Female Support Worker for Complex Needs

This role is an excellent opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our female client in her own home and out in the community. You will be responsible for providing personal care, managing medication, and assisting with daily living tasks. You will also be required to drive her vehicle, so a full UK driver's license is essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour, with full specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support provided by our experienced Care Managers. This role involves working 3 x 12-hour day shifts a week, with rolling rotas to ensure consistency and stability. You will have access to a wide range of e-learning and face-to-face training and development opportunities through our Active Learning Hub.
